LEGO Collectible Minifigures 2027: Series 30, F1 Series 2 & More

Series 30 Brings New Castle Characters While F1 Returns for Another Collectible Series

The first details surrounding LEGO Collectible Minifigures coming in 2027 are beginning to emerge, and the year could start with an especially interesting series for Castle and fantasy fans.

Two collectible releases are currently rumored for 2027: 71054 Series 30, reportedly arriving in January, and 71055 F1 Series 2, expected sometime around April or May.

The biggest news so far surrounds Series 30, which is rumored to include 12 characters ranging from knights and fantasy creatures to costume minifigures and everyday characters. Among them are two figures that should immediately catch the attention of Castle collectors: the Raven Knight and Kid Knight.

As always, none of the 2027 products or character details below have been officially confirmed by the LEGO Group. Set names, character descriptions, release dates, prices and other information should be treated as rumors until officially announced.

LEGO 71054 Series 30 Rumored for January 2027

LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 30 is currently rumored to arrive in January 2027, continuing the traditional format with an assortment of 12 different characters.

Current reports describe the rumored lineup as follows:

  1. Oni Warrior – A warrior reportedly featuring samurai-style armor and a distinctive mask.

  2. Flower Kid – A child dressed in a colorful flower costume.

  3. Raven Knight – A yellow-and-black knight reportedly equipped with a shield featuring a raven emblem.

  4. Venetian Gondolier – A traditionally styled gondolier with a striped outfit and an unusual wearable gondola element.

  5. Teddy Bear Costume – A costumed character reportedly accompanied by a baby wearing a matching bear costume.

  6. Florist – A florist equipped with a bouquet and scissors.

  7. Sea Monster – A humanoid sea creature reportedly featuring crab-like claws.

  8. Game Show Host – A host dressed in a yellow suit and reportedly carrying a winner's check.

  9. Spa Lady – A character wearing a bathrobe and towel head wrap while carrying a cup.

  10. Kid Knight – A young knight reportedly equipped with a squirrel-emblem shield and accompanied by a squirrel.

  11. Lady with Corgi – A character reportedly accompanied by a corgi element.

  12. Colorful Mohawk Character – A brightly colored character reportedly featuring a pink mohawk. The exact identity and official name remain unclear.

These names should be considered descriptive rumor names rather than confirmed official LEGO character names.

If the reports prove accurate, Series 30 could offer an especially varied assortment, combining historical and fantasy characters with costumes, animals and everyday designs.

Raven Knight Could Expand a Familiar Castle Faction

For Castle collectors, the rumored Raven Knight could be one of the biggest highlights of Series 30. Current descriptions suggest that the character uses a yellow-and-black color scheme with a raven emblem on its shield, immediately drawing comparisons to the Tournament Knight from Collectible Minifigures Series 20.

Released in 2020, the Tournament Knight featured black-and-yellow heraldry centered around a bird emblem. The design gave Castle builders another distinctive medieval identity outside more established factions such as the Lion Knights, Black Falcons and Wolfpack. The reported Series 30 Raven Knight could revisit that visual identity with a new knight design.

If the heraldry matches closely enough, Castle builders could potentially use the two characters together, making the Raven Knight more than just another standalone medieval minifigure. For army builders in particular, that could make it one of the most desirable characters in Series 30.

Kid Knight Brings Another Castle-Inspired Character

The Raven Knight isn't the only medieval character reportedly included in Series 30. A Kid Knight is also rumored, described as a young character with knight-inspired equipment, a squirrel emblem shield and a squirrel companion. The concept may remind collectors of the Knight Costume character from Series 23, which drew heavily on classic yellow Castle imagery.

The rumored Kid Knight appears to have its own squirrel-themed identity rather than directly representing an established Castle faction, but it could still fit naturally into medieval displays and collections.

Having both the Raven Knight and Kid Knight in the same assortment would make Series 30 particularly noteworthy for Castle fans.

Series 30 Could Introduce Some Interesting New Elements

Castle collectors may gravitate toward the two knights, but several other rumored Series 30 characters could bring interesting accessories and elements to the LEGO minifigure lineup.

The Lady with Corgi is reportedly accompanied by a corgi, while the Teddy Bear Costume character is said to include a baby dressed in a matching bear costume.

The Venetian Gondolier could also stand out thanks to an unusual wearable gondola element.

Fantasy builders may be particularly interested in the Oni Warrior and Sea Monster. The Sea Monster is reportedly designed as a humanoid crab-like creature with claw hands, potentially making it useful for fantasy, underwater and adventure-themed displays. Meanwhile, the Oni Warrior could provide another character for fantasy and historical-inspired collections.

Exactly how these characters and accessories will look remains unknown, so their designs could differ from these early descriptions once Series 30 is officially revealed.

LEGO 71055 F1 Series 2 Rumored for Spring 2027

Series 30 may not be the only LEGO collectible release arriving in the first half of 2027. 71055 F1 Series 2 is currently rumored for approximately April or May 2027, although considerably less is known about this release.

The name suggests a follow-up to 71049 F1 Collectible Race Cars, which was released in 2025 as part of the wider partnership between the LEGO Group and Formula 1.

Unlike a traditional Collectible Minifigures series, 71049 contained 12 miniature Formula 1 cars packaged individually in mystery boxes. The collection represented the 10 Formula 1 teams alongside a Formula 1 car and an F1 ACADEMY car. Exactly what 71055 F1 Series 2 will contain remains unclear.

Another assortment of miniature race cars would be a logical continuation of the first series, potentially featuring updated cars, teams or liveries. The possibility of actual Formula 1 driver minifigures has also been discussed, but there is currently no reliable report confirming driver minifigures as the format for 71055.

Until additional information emerges, F1 Series 2 should simply be treated as another Formula 1-themed collectible series rumored for spring 2027.

Could More LEGO Minifigures Be Coming in 2027?

Series 30 and F1 Series 2 are only the first LEGO collectible releases currently being reported for 2027, so the year's complete lineup may not be known yet. Recent years have included multiple collectible releases spread throughout the calendar, ranging from traditional numbered series to licensed and experimental collections.

More information should emerge as 2027 approaches, including official character names, packaging, pricing, accessories and exact release dates.

For now, Series 30 looks particularly interesting for Castle and fantasy collectors, with the rumored Raven Knight and Kid Knight joined by characters such as the Oni Warrior and Sea Monster.
