Shipping Policy Update Effective July 16

Effective July 15, Pickle Bricks is updating its shipping policy to reflect increased carrier costs for deliveries to certain destinations within the United States. This update is designed to address rising USPS shipping expenses while allowing us to continue offering competitive shipping rates and reliable service to customers nationwide.


Over the past couple of years, shipping carriers have adjusted pricing for deliveries to locations that require additional transportation, longer delivery routes, or higher operating costs. Instead of increasing shipping costs across the board, we have chosen to make targeted changes that affect only the destinations where carrier costs are significantly higher.


Updated Free Shipping Policy

Customers shipping within the contiguous United States will continue to receive FREE USPS Ground Advantage shipping on eligible orders of $35 or more.


This promotion does not apply to orders shipping to the following high-cost shipping states:

  • Alaska (AK)

  • Hawaii (HI)

  • Montana (MT)

  • Wyoming (WY)

  • North Dakota (ND)

  • South Dakota (SD)

  • Idaho (ID)

  • Oregon (OR)

  • Maine (ME)

  • Vermont (VT)

  • New Hampshire (NH)


Due to increased carrier shipping costs for these destinations, orders shipping to the states listed above will qualify for FREE USPS Ground Advantage shipping on eligible orders of $75 or more.

Once your order reaches the qualifying subtotal, free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.


Why This Change Is Necessary

Shipping costs are determined by several factors, including package weight, travel distance, and delivery location. Certain states have higher shipping costs due to longer delivery distances and increased transportation expenses. USPS passes these additional costs along to businesses, making deliveries to these areas more expensive than shipments to most other locations.

As a small business, we continually evaluate our shipping policies to balance affordability with the quality of service our customers expect. By adjusting our free shipping thresholds only for higher-cost destinations, we can continue offering competitive shipping rates without increasing prices for all customers.


What This Means for Customers

For most customers, there will be no change to the current free shipping policy. Orders shipping within the contiguous United States will continue to qualify for free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on eligible purchases of $35 or more.


Customers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Idaho, Oregon, Maine, Vermont, or New Hampshire will now pay $9 for USPS Ground Advantage, but will qualify for free shipping when their eligible order reaches $75 or more. If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping, shipping rates will be calculated automatically at checkout.


Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping is available only within the United States, and excludes certain high-cost states.

  • Orders shipping within the contiguous United States to qualified states, are eligible for free shipping on orders of $35 or more, excluding the high-cost shipping states listed below.

  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Idaho, Oregon, Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire qualify for free shipping on eligible orders of $75 or more.

  • Free shipping is automatically applied during checkout when the applicable order subtotal is met.

  • Additional exclusions may apply.

  • Free shipping promotions cannot be combined with other shipping offers unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping policies and promotional offers are subject to change without notice.
