About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Representative to support recruiting, onboarding, and internal team operations across our growing e-commerce brands, including Pickle Bricks and Action Figz.
This role is ideal for early-career candidates interested in human resources, recruiting, and organizational management in a fast-paced digital business environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist with recruiting efforts, including:
-Posting job listings
-Screening applicants
-Coordinating interviews
-Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
-Support onboarding of new team members
-Maintain and organize employee records and documentation
-Help develop and improve internal processes and workflows
-Assist with team communication, scheduling, and basic HR tasks
-Ensure a positive and professional candidate and employee experience
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable and responsive communication

Experience with recruiting, hiring, or administrative work (not required)
Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, spreadsheets, or project management tools
